JAKARTA - The Gambir Metro Police conducted an investigation regarding the stabbing that was experienced by an hansip officer on Jalan KH. Hasyim Ashari, South Petojo, Central Jakarta, some time ago.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Gambir Metro Police, Kompol Dimmas Adhit Putranto, said that the three teenagers were still witnesses and currently they are still investigating their respective roles.

"The motive for this incident is a dispute between groups of teenagers that was triggered through social media," said Kompol Dimmas when confirmed, Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

Furthermore, Kanit said, they challenged each other until they finally met and made a fuss in public places.
