MATARAM - Investigators from the General Criminal Investigation Directorate of the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police have transferred the files of three suspects in the death of Brigadier Muhammad Nurhadi (MN) to the research prosecutor.
Director of the General Criminal Investigation of the NTB Police, Kombes Syarif Hidayat, said that the transfer of files belonging to the suspect Kompol I Made Yogi Purusa Utama, Ipda Haris Chandra, and Misri for the second time after some time previously the research prosecutor gave a number of instructions.

The research prosecutor previously returned the files of the three suspects related to Article 351 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code regarding persecution that took the lives of others and/or Article 359 of the Criminal Code regarding negligence that resulted in people dying.
The investigating prosecutor stated to investigators that the criminal article applied had not yet described the criminal acts of the suspects.
One of the prosecutor's instructions is that the criminal acts alleged against the suspects are clearly illustrated, investigators are asked to hold a reconstruction by presenting the prosecutor.
From reconstruction activities in a number of locations, investigators found new evidence that was an additional clue in the case of the death of the NTB Police Propam Division member.
The instructions are related to the presence of a round-shaped bruises allegedly used on the deceased's face. This is reinforced by the results of forensic and martial arts experts.
Investigators followed up on the instructions by confiscating the ring of one of the suspects who was suspected of molesting him, resulting in the death of Brigadier MN.
