KPK Ensures Wamenaker Immanuel Ebenezer Is Healthy After Being Caught OTT

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confirmed that the Deputy Minister of Manpower (Wamenaker) Immanuel Ebenezer is in good health after being caught in a hand arrest operation (OTT) related to extortion related to the management of safety and health certification (K3) on Wednesday night, August 20.

KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo conveyed the condition of Immanuel Ebenezer after a lot of photos were circulating on social media. In a number of uploads, it appears that the heads of Jokowi Mania (JoMan) and Prabowo Mania volunteers are lying on a mattress like in the treatment room.

Immanuel Ebenezer's body, still in the photo, looks cabled. His face also looks limp.

"The condition in question is currently declared healthy," Budi told reporters in a written statement, Friday, August 22.

Budi ensured that the photos circulating were also not in the KPK. The status of Immanuel Ebenezer and dozens of other people who were caught in a silent operation will be announced this afternoon through a press conference.

The OTT carried out in Jakarta managed to secure 14 people. In addition, the KPK found evidence in the form of money, cars, and motorbikes.

The cars and motorbikes that were secured during the activity were also exhibited. The details are Toyota Corolla Cross, Nissan GT-R, Hyundai Palisade, Suzuki Jimny, Vespa Sprint S 150, Hyundai Palisaade black, and Honda CRV.

Then there are Jeep, Toyota Hilux, Mitsubishi Xpander, Hyundai Stargazer, CRV, BMW 330i, Vespa, Ducatimbarmble, CRV, Mitsubishi Xpander black, Pajero Sport, Ducati Hypermotoroad 950, Ducati Xdiavel, and one Ducati type motorcycle.

As previously reported, President Prabowo Subianto invited the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to process the law of Wamenaker Immanuel Ebenezer who was caught OTT. The former Minister of Defense has received a report from the activity.

"Mr. President has received a report and he conveyed that it is the realm of law. He respects the process at the KPK and is welcome for the legal process to be carried out properly," said Minister of State Secretary (Mensesneg) Prasetyo Hadi to reporters, Thursday, August 21.

President Prabowo is also ready to replace Immanuel Ebenezer if he becomes a suspect. He will consider a competent figure in the future.

"If it is proven later, a replacement will be made as soon as possible," he said.
