Mario Dandy, Rafael Alun's Son, Gets A Remission For 6 Months During The INDONESIAN 80th Anniversary

JAKARTA - Mario Dandy Satrio, son of former Directorate General of Taxes Rafael Alun Trisambodo, received remission during the commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia, Sunday, August 17. The sentence for the convict in the persecution case was reduced by six months due to general remission and decade remission.

He is considered to have violated Article 355 of the Criminal Code Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of the 1st Criminal Code subsidiary 353 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code or 2 Article 76 C in conjunction with Article 50 paragraph 2 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph 1 of the 1st Criminal Code.

The persecution took place on February 20, 2023 at the Green Permata Complex, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta. Mario took action because he received information that his ex-lover received bad treatment from the victim.
