JAKARTA - More than 40 people were missing in a ship crash in Nigeria after a ship carrying 50 people capsized on Sunday.
Passengers are on their way to Goronyo Market, the state's popular food product market, when the ship capsized.
Ten people have been rescued, said Zubaida Umar, head of the National Emergency Management Agency, in a statement on X.
The agency said it was working closely with local authorities and emergency response teams in search and rescue operations to find missing people.
