JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that almost all areas of DKI Jakarta on Friday, August 8 will experience light to moderate rain.

The information uploaded by BMKG on the Instagram account quoted by ANTARA Jakarta, said that from six areas in DKI, namely West, East, North, South, and South Jakarta, it is estimated that they are thick cloudy except for the Thousand Regency Islands, which is expected to receive light rain.

Moving on during the day, the weather in Jakarta is cloudy except for the Thousand Islands Regency, which is expected to experience light rain.

On Friday afternoon, three areas, namely North, East, and South Jakarta, will rain with light intensity while the other three areas are thick cloudy.

Meanwhile, in the evening, rain will occur in South and West Jakarta with light to moderate intensity, for other areas cloudy to thick cloudy.

It is known that light rain lowers the water by less than 2.5 mm per hour, while the rain is carrying 5-10 mm of water per hour.

On the same day, the air temperature in Jakarta is predicted to be in the range of 24-30 degrees Celsius with wind speeds of 4-10 kilometers per hour.
