BMKG Urges To Be Alert To Extreme Weather In North Sulawesi Until August 10

MANADO - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) appealed to residents to be aware of the potential for extreme weather in the North Sulawesi region until Sunday, August 10.

"Be aware of the potential for rain with moderate to heavy intensity which can be accompanied by lightning and strong winds, as well as an increase in the accumulation of daily rainfall," said the BMKG Operations Coordinator for Meteorological Station Sam Ratulangi Manado, Astrid Lasut, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, August 4.
