Partners Accused Of Being Calo Terminal, Jokowi: Everything Is Doubtful

JAKARTA - The 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi) responded to the issue of his colleague at Gajah Mada University (UGM), Mulyono, who was accused of being a terminal broker.

The issue arose after Jokowi attended the 1980 class reunion which was held at the Integrated Forest Farming Learning Center Hall, UGM Forestry Faculty, Sleman, Yogyakarta, Saturday, July 26.

"Yes, try to find the candidate," said Jokowi with a laugh, Thursday, July 31.

Jokowi was surprised by the accusations directed at him. This is because all those regarding the period of education at the lecture level are doubtful.

"Everything is in doubt, diplomas are in doubt, thesis is doubtful, KKN is doubtful, friends are in doubt, what else to convey," he said.

Jokowi then explained that Mulyono was his teammate. However, his graduation was different from him.

"Pak Mulyono was a friend of mine in 1980, only graduating I was faster. I am 1985, in November, Pak Mulyono was in 1987," he said.

Not only that, Mulyono did not work as a terminal broker. From the information obtained, his colleague at UGM works for one of the forest conservation companies in Jambi.

"Then the last thing I know, he works in Jambi, at PT. PT, a PT for forest conservation and conservation. PT Ekosistem Hutan," said Jokowi.
