The 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi) responded to the figure with the initials J who will be the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI).

According to Jokowi, the question of the person in question is more questionable directly to the Chairman of PSI, Kaesang Pangarep.

"Yes, ask, ask the General Chair, ask the formatur," said Jokowi at his residence, Thursday, July 31.

In addition, Jokowi also stated that Kaesang had never been asked directly to fill the position.

However, in determining the structure of party management, it will generally first appoint the figures of the Secretary General (Sekjen) and the Treasurer.

"Not yet, not yet. Everything is still in process," said Jokowi.

Previously, Kaesang leaked that the figure with the initials J would serve as Chairman of the PSI Board of Trustees.

"The initials are temporary, yes, the one with the initials J is willing to become the Chairman of the Board of Trustees," he said.

Kaesang only mentioned the initials. He did not answer when asked about the initials J in question referring to the figure of his father, Joko Widodo alias Jokowi.

"Just look at it later, if not, it will be less curious," he said.
