The Attorney General's Office Sends Its Third Call, Riza Chalid's Examination Is Scheduled For August 4

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has again scheduled the examination of Muhammad Riza Chalid as a suspect for the third time in handling cases of alleged corruption in crude oil management and refinery products at PT Pertamina (Persero), Sub Holding and Contractors of Cooperation Contracts (KKKS) for the period 2018 to 2023.

Muhammad Riza Chalid never fulfilled the summons for examination, especially after being named a suspect.

"Yes, the person concerned is scheduled to return to provide information or be examined," said Head of the AGO, Anang Supriatna to VOI, Wednesday, July 30.

Investigators have scheduled an examination of Muhammad Riza Chalid next week or August 4.

It is hoped that the suspect in the alleged corruption case will cooperate to provide his statement in the case of crude oil management.

"Today (the summons) has been sent," he said.

Regarding the address of the summons for the delivery examination addressed, Anang said that according to the Identity Card (KTP) data. Although, information circulated that Muhammad Riza Chalid was in Malaysia.

"Yes, it is addressed to the address of the house concerned," said Anang.

Since being named a suspect, investigators are known to have twice scheduled an examination, precisely on July 24 and 28, 2025. However, Riza Chalid never attended it.
