The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) has asked police investigators to fulfill the completeness of case files belonging to three suspects in the case of the death of Brigadier MN alias Muhammad Nurhadi with elements / criminal articles.

Spokesperson for the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Efrien Saputera, said that the request had been stated in the form of instructions based on the results of the examination of files by the research prosecutor.

"So, today the file was returned to the police investigator complete with instructions from the prosecutor's research results," he said in Mataram, Thursday, July 17, which was confiscated by Antara.

Regarding the material for the instructions that became complete for the return of files, Efrien did not explain in full. He only conveyed that there were quite a lot of clues that had to be completed by investigators.

"There are many (impacts). In general, what was previously conveyed by Kajati NTB," he said.

The head of the NTB Prosecutor's Office (Kajati) when he was still held by Enen Saribanon on July 14, stated that the cause of Brigadier MN's death in Gili Trawangan has not been revealed in the case file belonging to three suspects.

According to the results of the file research, the research prosecutor has not seen the motives and modes that meet the criminal elements as applied by investigators to the three suspects, namely Article 351 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code and/or Article 359 of the Criminal Code.

"There are many (impositions). There (case files) we have not seen the description of this case, what is the problem of the murder case? It doesn't exist yet," he said.

In returning the files to police investigators, Enen said that the research prosecutor gave instructions to add criminal articles.

"That's why we return it for improvement because the case file is still far from perfect," he said.

The three suspects in this case had the initials Kompol Y, Ipda HC, and a woman with the initials M. The three of them are now undergoing detention at the Directorate of Detention and Evidence (Dittahti) of the NTB Police.

Director of General Criminal Investigation of the NTB Police, Kombes Pol. Syarif Hidayat, who was confirmed by telephone and a short message from WhatsApp, has not yet responded to the return of files belonging to the three suspects.

Previously, Kombes Syarif stated that the transfer of files to the research prosecutor was a follow-up to the results of the investigation.

He said investigators had found at least two pieces of evidence that corroborated the criminal acts of the three suspects related to allegations of abuse and negligence that resulted in the loss of another person's life.

The evidence was obtained from the results of the examination of 18 witnesses and a number of experts. One of the things that corroborated the analysis of the forensic team which concluded that Brigadier MN died as a result of being strangled.

The analysis was obtained by a forensic team based on the results of an autopsy from the exhumation of the tomb of Brigadier MN in the Narmada area, West Lombok Regency.

With these results, investigators in the case file apply the suspicion of Article 351 paragraph (3) and/or Article 359 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code.
