The Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) is auctioning off the booty building related to the banking crime case and the money laundering crime of the Indosurya Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) with the convict Henry Surya.

In the auction process, the building that stands on an area of 1,030 m2 on Jalan MH Thamrin Number 03, Gambir Village, Gambir District, Central Jakarta, was sold for Rp129 billion.

"The value of the auction was sold for Rp. 129,176,107,000," said Head of the Attorney General's Office, Harli Siregar in his statement, Tuesday, July 15.

The auction process uses an intermediary for the Jakarta IV State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL). In addition, the basis for the auction of the booty was the Decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2113 K/PID.SUS/2023 dated May 16, 2023.

"Bahwa lelang dilaksanakan dengan penawaran secara tertulis tanpa kehadiran peserta lelang melalui surat elektronik e-Auction yang diakses pada alamat domain https://lelang.go.id dengan batas akhir melakukan penawaran ditentukan sesuai waktu server," sebutnya.

The proceeds from the seller of the looted goods, said Harli, will be given to the victims. Of course, it coordinates with the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) according to the Supreme Court's decision.

"With the verdict that states that the results of the auction will be distributed to the victims as a recovery of victims' losses," said Harli.
