JAKARTA - An oil field in Iraq managed by a US company was hit by a drone strike on Tuesday, July 15.
As a result of the drone attack, one of the oil field facilities managed by HKN Energy in the Sarsang area, Duhok Province, caught fire and temporarily stopped operating.
"The operation at the affected facilities has been stopped until the location is secured," HKN Energy said in a statement, quoted from AFP.
