Acting Director General of Immigration Yuldi Yusman said that based on examination and evidence, the foreigners were charged with Article 122 letter a of Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration.

Six of the nine foreigners consisted of four Chinese, one Ghanaian, and one Nigerian who were arrested during surveillance operations in the North Jakarta area on Wednesday (11/6).
