Speaking in a joint press statement with the two leaders, President Putin said they would expand Russia's supply of wheat to Indonesia, on the contrary, expanding Indonesia's agricultural supplies to Russia.
"We are willing to increase the supply of oil and liquefied natural gas to the Indonesian market," said President Putin, quoted from the Presidential Secretariat's YouTube, Thursday, June 19.
He further said that Russian companies, Rosneft and Pertamina carried out joint projects to build oil and petrochemical refineries in East Java.
"We are willing to participate in new projects off the coast of Indonesia and also modernize infrastructure to boost oil production from old (oil) fields," said President Putin.
Last April, Indonesia and Russia signed an MoU in the field of halal certification that opened up new opportunities for exporting livestock products to Indonesia, said President Putin.
"This visit will facilitate strategic cooperation between the two countries and will be beneficial for the welfare of our nation," hoped President Putin.
Meanwhile, President Prabowo said today's meeting with President Putin was intense, warm and productive.
"In all fields, the economy, technical cooperation, trade, investment, agriculture have all experienced a significant increase," said President Prabowo.
