Israel Strikes, Trump Spreads Iranian Threats Will Be More Buried

JAKARTA - US President Donald Trump warned Iran to agree to the nuclear deal "before there is nothing left." Trump vowed that the next Israeli attack on the country would be "more brutal."

In a post on Truth Social on Friday, June 13 morning local time, Trump wrote Iranian leaders "don't know what will happen. They are all DEAD now, and it will get worse!"

"There have been deaths and major devastation, but there is still time to end this massacre, with the next attack already planned to be even more brutal," Trump wrote.

"Iran must make a deal, before there is nothing left, and save what used to be known as the Iranian Empire," said the US President.

Negotiations over the new nuclear deal with Iran have escalated in recent weeks, but Tehran's insistence on its right to enrich uranium has proven to be a major critical point.

Iranian state media reported that Israel carried out the latest attack after attacking Tehran. It was reported that thick plumes of smoke billowing after the explosion in the city of Tabriz.

Reported by CNN, Friday, June 13, Tasnim news agency said Tabriz Airport is currently being attacked by Israel.

"The IDF has begun intercepting UAVs fired from Iran, outside Israeli territory," an IDF official told CNN, Friday, June 13.

Earlier, IDF spokesman Effie Defrin said Iran launched more than 100 drones into Israeli territory as the first sign of retaliation for an unprecedented Israeli attack on Iran.

Meanwhile, regarding the Israeli attack, six Iranian nuclear scientists were reported killed.

Among the scientists killed were Fereydoun Abbasi, former head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization and Mohammad Mehdi Tehran, a physicist who also serves as president of Azad Islamic University.

Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei confirmed a number of military commanders and scientists were killed in Israeli attacks.
