Djan Faridz Reports Hayono Isman To The Gegara Police For Home Affairs

JAKARTA - Former Housing Minister, Djan Faridz reported Hayono Isman (Former Menpora era of the New Order) to the South Jakarta Metro Police on suspicion of committing a criminal act of entering/placeing a house without rights as referred to in Article 167 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

In the report, Hayono Isman and his family and employees are suspected of having occupied a house without rights whose address is at Jalan Kemang Timur VI Number 12A, Bangka, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta.

The house on Jl. Kemang Timur VI has transferred its ownership to Djan Faridz through an auction mechanism at KPKNL Jakarta V based on excerpts from auction minutes Number 1/07.05/2025-01 dated February 26, 2025 and at this time the name Certipikat of Ownership is carried out on behalf of Djan Faridz.

"Before we reported Hayono Isman to the South Jakarta Police, we had submitted a warning letter twice with orders to immediately leave the house, but it is very unfortunate that until the specified time limit, the house is still occupied by Hayono Isman," Robby said in a copy of his report received by the media crew, Thursday (15/5/2025).

Hayono Isman's lawyer, Victor RM Sohilait, when confirmed at the location of Djan Faridz's house could not show evidence related to his claim that the house was bought in installments to Hasan Ahmad.

However, at the location, some of the contents of the house were empty and it was suspected that Hayono Isman had moved his property. A security guard named Purwanto confirmed that Hayono Isman had started moving his belongings from the house.

"It's been carrying goods. It's been a week since dozens of trucks have been carrying back and forth from the house," said Purwanto.
