National Women's Cadreization Begins Next Week At 100 Points

JAKARTA - The National Women's Central Board (DPP) will start the regeneration of women in the nation on June 1, 2025, in the future. Cadreization is targeted to reach 100 points.

The National Women's DPP Board of Trustees, Siti Masrifah, appreciates all levels of management who have tried to show optimal performance, especially in the context of regeneration.

According to Chifa, his nickname, regeneration has three important goals. First, strengthen the strategic role of women's politics.

Second, he continued, to prepare for the PKB victory with a line of militant women.

Third, the increase in women's seats in parliament, both at the district/city level, province and at the national level.

"Cderization is an ideological call. I ask that we all seriously participate in today's event," he said.

The woman who is often called Ninik said, before carrying out regeneration at the DPW level, it is necessary to first carry out regeneration at the DPP level.

"There is no way we can carry out a cadreization at the DPP level if we ourselves have not passed the regeneration," he said.

Ninik warned the nation's female cadres to all pass during regeneration.

"Don't let anyone not pass, don't let anyone not get a certificate, if they don't pass, of course they can't continue to be instructors in the next regeneration, and of course we will lack instructors," he said.

Ninik hopes that in the future the instructors in the regeneration of women of the nation will be entirely from within the nation's women.

After holding a central management regeneration, the National Women's DPP continued to hold a working meeting. Ninik asked all divisions and fields to present work plans that will be carried out throughout the 2024-2029 period.

"Actually, before this Working Meeting was held, we had carried out many social actions and activities in a number of regions. But because this is an organization that has rules, we still have to close every agenda that we will do to make it more measurable," he said.
