Government Prepares 4,000 Subsidized Houses For ASN

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) has allocated as many as 4,000 subsidized houses for ASN of the Ministry of PANRB, LAN, ANRI and BKN. Each agency gets 1,000 housing units.

"We provide subsidized housing quotas for 4,000 employees in the four government agencies," said the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait in his statement, Friday, May 23.

He hopes that with the allocation of 4,000 houses, ASN can increase the spirit of work and the welfare of their families.

The Ministry of PKP and BP Tapera are ready to increase the allocation of subsidized houses for employees and ASN.

Maruarar hopes that every government agency has employee data that does not yet have a home and meets the requirements for income limits for people who are entitled to financial assistance from the government.

"For now, the quota is still limited. But if necessary, we will add it considering that the FLPP mortgage quota during President Prabowo Subianto's administration continues to be increased from 220,000 to 350,000 subsidized housing units," he explained.

The man who is familiarly called Ara emphasized the reach of the 22nd FLPP KPR ecosystem or community segmentation. At least in the next two months he will symbolically give the keys to subsidized houses to the segmentation of people who are entitled to receive FLPP mortgages so that they can have the first quality house.

"In June and July I will give the key to 22 ecosystems or community segmentation and local governments. Among them, those who earn non-permanent income such as fishermen, farmers and even AR," he said.

PANRB Minister Rini Widyantini expressed her gratitude because there are still many employees within the Ministry of PANRB, LAN, BKN, and ANRI who do not yet have a house.

He hopes that the FLPP mortgage can make it easier for employees to have livable and affordable houses so that they can be more enthusiastic at work.

"We have also asked the secretariat ranks to collect data on employees who are entitled to this FLPP mortgage," he said regarding the allocation of subsidized houses for ASN within the PANRB Ministry.
