Central Kalimantan Police Name The Head Of GRIB Jaya Suspect In The Sealing Case Of South Barito Company

PALANGKA RAYA - The Central Kalimantan (Central Kalimantan) Regional Police have named the local chairman of GRB Jaya with the initials R as a suspect in the alleged sealing of the company in South Barito Regency.

Director of General Criminal Investigation of the Central Kalimantan Police, Kombes Nuredy Irwansyah Putra, said that the determination of the suspect was carried out on Tuesday (20/5).

"Currently, suspect R has been detained at the Central Kalimantan Police Headquarters," said Nuredy as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, May 22.

Currently, investigators are still investigating the case. The police emphasized that there may be other perpetrators, because the sealing was carried out by many people.

"We are still investigating this case. We ask the public to be patient waiting for the results of the investigation carried out by investigators," he said.

The suspect with the initials R, Chairman of GRIB Jaya Central Kalimantan was charged with Article 335 paragraph 1 and Article 167 of the Criminal Code with a penalty of 5 years in prison.
