Truck Driver Collision 9 Police Anti-Huru-hara Malaysia To Death In Face Of Claims For Theft Of 2 Cows

JAKARTA - The truck driver accused in the accident killed nine members of the Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) or the Malaysian riot police began to be tried.

Citing Bernama, apart from being charged with driving dangerously causing death, the defendant Rudi Zulkarnain Mat Radi, 45, was accused of transporting two stolen cows during the accident.

However, the defendant denied all the accusations in a trial that took place at the Malaysian Court of Magistrat today.

In this criminal charge, the defendant is said to have stolen two cows belonging to Rozali Ismail, 66, from Sungai Keli Village.

The defendant was threatened with Article 414 of the Criminal Code with a maximum prison sentence of seven years or a fine if found guilty.

In the case of the truck driver's accident he was driving killed nine Malaysian riot police officers on Tuesday, May 13, the defendant Rudi Zulkarnain also pleaded guilty. The trial related to the accident was held on Friday last week.
