13,710 Abai Officials Report Wealth To KPK Even Though The Time Limit Has Been Extended

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said 13,710 of the 416,348 officials had not submitted a state administrator's wealth report (LHKPN). In fact, this obligation for 2024 has been extended and ended on Friday, April 11.

"KPK has received 402,638 LHKPN out of a total of 416,348 required reports or the percentage of reporting on time reached 96.71 percent," said KPK Spokesperson Team Budi Prasetyo to reporters in a written statement, Tuesday, April 15.

Meanwhile, from the data obtained, it turns out that the executive sector has not reported the most. There are still 10,015 out of 332,822 required reports that have not submitted their wealth to the KPK.

Then for the legislature, there are still 2,941 out of 20,787 required reports that have not submitted LHKPN.

Next, the data also states that from the judicial level there are still 3 out of 17,931 mandatory reports that have not carried out their obligations.

Finally, it was also stated that there were still 751 of the 44,808 required to report at the BUMN/BUMD level who had not submitted their wealth.

"For state administrators / reporting obligations who have not completed their obligations are still advised to report their LHKPN as a form of transparency over ownership of assets or assets," said Budi.

Budi ensured that the delivery made would still be received. "Even though it's still too late," he said.

Officials are asked not to neglect their obligation to convey LHKPN.

"This LHKPN compliance can be used as one of the supporting databases in ASN management, such as promotions for employees who obey and impose administrative sanctions on those who are negligent," explained Budi.

Previously reported, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) had extended the deadline for state administrators' assets (LHKPN) from March 30 to April 11, 2025. This step was taken because it took into account the Eid holiday period and collective leave.
