JAKARTA - Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Setyo Budiyanto is waiting for his duties as the Supervision and Accountability Committee of the Anagata Nusantara Power Management Agency (BPI Danantara).
He conveyed this when asked about his position on the committee along with the Head of the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK), the Chairman of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), the Chairman of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), the National Police Chief, and the Attorney General. He initially did not know to be part of the agency.
"Yes, this was only informed when Mr. Rosan (Rosan Roeslani) as CEO (BPI Danantara, ed) announced," Setyo told reporters at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Monday, March 14.
"But then the next activity, yes, we are still waiting for the stages or activities to be carried out," continued the former Director of Investigation of the KPK.
Setyo on that occasion also called himself not personally assigned to the committee. So, he can't just make decisions.
He also did not get an additional salary from the additional work.
"But, in principle, in carrying out these activities, the KPK as the rules that apply internally, we will also not accept honorariums, payments in any form," he said.
