JAKARTA - Ahead of Lebaran 2025, Gojek will distribute the holiday bonus (BHR) to Mitra Driver as a form of appreciation for those who are active, productive, and perform well.

GoTo's Chief of Public Policy & Government Relations, Ade Mulya emphasized that this BHR is Gojek's contribution to supporting driver partners in celebrating Eid al-Fitr in line with President Prabowo Subianto's direction regarding the provision of additional bonuses for driver partners.

"By applying the fair principle, Gojek divides BHR recipients into five categories, with the Main Champion Partner as the highest category," Ade explained in his statement.

Partners in the Main Champion Partner category get BHR which is calculated at around 20 percent of the average net income in that category, with a nominal value of IDR 900,000 for two-wheeled partners and IDR 1,600,000 for four-wheeled partners.

Meanwhile, the four additional categories, namely Mitra Champion, Mitra Unggulan, Mitra Andalan, and Mitra Harapan, the nominal BHR will be calculated based on productivity, contribution, and still adjusted to the company's financial capacity.

All BHR for selected driver partners who meet the criteria will be received from March 22-24, 2025 through the GoPay Mitra balance.

"With this category sharing, BHR is given on target, ensuring appreciation for active Driver Partners and continuing to contribute in providing the best service for customers," he said.

Gojek driver partners who will get BHR are those that meet objective and performance-based criteria, which include:
