KPK Cecar Former Pertamina President Director Nicke Widyawati Regarding Oil And Gas Holding

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the formation of an oil and gas holding when examining the former President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero), Nicke Widyawati on Monday, March 17.

Investigators asked for his statement as a witness to the alleged corruption in the sale and purchase of gas between PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS) or PGN and PT Isargas/PT Inti Alasindo Energi (IAE) in 2017 2021 on Monday, March 17. Nicke was examined as the former Director of Human Resources of PT Pertamina (Persero).

Similar materials have also been investigated by investigators from Wiko Migantoro as Deputy Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) who used to serve as President Director of PT Pertagas; Yenni Andayani who is the Director of Gas of PT Pertamina for the 2014-2017 period; and Director of PT PGN.

"Investigated regarding the oil and gas holding or Pertamina and PGN holding," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika to reporters, Wednesday, March 19.

Reporting from a number of reports, this holding or holding company for BUMN oil and gas affairs was established in 2018. The process is to combine PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas) as a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero) with PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) Tbk.

The alleged corruption occurred in the process of buying and selling gas between PT PGN and a company with the initials PT IG in 2018-2020 and is said to have caused state finances of up to hundreds of billions of rupiah.

In this case, two people have been prevented from leaving the country to facilitate the investigation of the alleged corruption. They are Danny Praditya as Commercial Director of PT PGN for the 2016-2019 period who now serves as President Director of PT Inalum and Iswan Ibrahim who is the President Director of PT Isargas.
