Kemendikdasmen Langsung Transfer Tunjangan Profession Ke Masing-masing Account Guru Mulai Maret Ini

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen) will distribute teacher professional allowances (TPG) directly to the accounts of each teacher starting March 2025.

"This direct transfer in March is a gift for teachers to be able to celebrate Eid with joy and so that they can be more prosperous and work better in carrying out the task of educating the nation," said Minister of Basic and Secondary Education (Mendikdasmen) Abdul Mu'ti at the launch of the New Mechanism for Regional ASN Teacher Allowances Directly to Teacher Accounts at Plaza Insan with the Presidential Decree of the Ministry of Education, Jakarta on Thursday, March 13, confiscated by Antara.

He explained that teachers who received direct TPG transfers this month were those who were complete and verified their respective data and bank account numbers.

Therefore, he appealed to ASN and non-ASN teachers to immediately complete and verify their respective data, considering that so far there have only been approximately 250 thousand teachers who have been fully verified and the data and account numbers are correct.

Furthermore, Mu'ti explained that the disbursement of the TPG in March is the first stage in 2025 which includes the disbursement of TPG from January, February, and March.

"So this transfer will be calculated starting January. So, later everything that has been verified will be transferred directly to their respective accounts for January, February, March," added Mu'ti.

The non-ASN teachers who have been certified will receive a TPG of Rp. 2 million/month so that they in March will receive TPG funds of Rp. 6 million.

Meanwhile, for ASN teachers, he mentioned that the TPG that will be received is the same as their basic salary per month whose amount varies and multiplied by three months.

The provisions regarding the TPG of ASN teachers are contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Basic and Medium Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2025 concerning Technical Guidelines for Providing Professional Allowances, Special Allowances, and Additional Income of Teachers of Local State Civil Apparatus.

Article 4 paragraph (1) is explained if the professional allowance is given every month. The regulation is again clarified in Article 5 paragraph (2) which states that the Professional Allowance as referred to in paragraph (1) is given equivalent to one basic salary in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.

Meanwhile, for ASN teachers who are government employees with a work agreement (PPPK), the nominal salary rules are stated in Presidential Regulation Number 11 of 2024.
