Motif Pembunuhan Ibu Dan Anak Di Tambora: Pelaku Ingin Tipu Korban Melalui Dukun Pengganda Uang

The sadistic murder of a mother and child named Tjong Sioe Lan alias Ecin and Eka Serlawati on Jalan Angke Barat, Tambora, West Jakarta, has now been revealed by the police. Based on the results of the investigation, the perpetrator with the initials FA (31) committed the heinous act because he felt hurt by the harsh words made by the victim.

According to information from the West Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Pol Twedi Aditya Bennyhadi, FA has a debt of Rp90 million to the victim Ecin. In his effort to pay off the debt, the perpetrator admitted that he knew a money multiplier shaman named Krismartoyo and a match-finding shaman named Kakang.

The perpetrator then convinced the victim to perform the ritual of multiplying money and searching for a match. The ritual was carried out on Saturday, March 1, where the victim Ecin was asked to prepare Rp50 million to be doubled.

During the ritual, the victim Ecin was placed in a separate room, while her son, Eka, was in the bathroom for a match-finding ritual.

The ritual process of multiplying money which was considered too long and fruitless made the victim Ecin angry and made harsh words to the perpetrator. Feeling offended, the FA perpetrator took an iron pipe and hit the victim's head hard. The victim who was still alive was then dragged into the room and again beaten and strangled using a raffia rope until he died.

After confirming that the victim Ecin was killed, the perpetrator then entered the bathroom where Eka was. In the same way, the perpetrator hit the victim's head with iron, then strangled him to death. The two bodies of the victim were then hidden in a water reservoir located in the house.

For his actions, the FA perpetrator was charged with a number of articles in the Criminal Code (KUHP), namely:

Article 340 of the Criminal Code (planned murder): The threat of death penalty, life imprisonment, or a maximum imprisonment of 20 years.

Article 339 of the Criminal Code (Killing Accompanied by Other Crimes): The threat of life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.

Article 338 of the Criminal Code (Ordinary Murder): The threat of imprisonment is a maximum of 15 years.

The actions of the perpetrators that lead to premeditated murder are regulated in Article 340 of the Criminal Code because of the element of careful planning before execution. In addition, the weighting element as stated in Article 339 of the Criminal Code can also be applied because the murder is accompanied by acts of theft in the form of rituals that are suspected of having the aim of deceiving the victim.

If found guilty, the FA perpetrator can be threatened with a maximum sentence in the form of a death penalty or life imprisonment, in accordance with the provisions applicable in the Criminal Code.
