JAKARTA - The government will announce regulations for disbursing THR for private employees, BUMN, and BUMD as well as holiday bonuses for online transportation drivers, including online motorcycle taxis (ojol) and couriers today, Tuesday, March 11.

The Minister of Manpower (Menaker) Yassierli said he would issue a Circular for two follow-up on holiday THR and bonuses according to President Prabowo Subianto's order.

"Usually routinely every year we come out with a Circular at the Ministry of Manpower, God willing, we will announce the schedule soon, God willing, tomorrow (today, Tuesday, March 11) it will be announced," Yassierli said at the Presidential Palace Complex, Central Jakarta.

Previously, Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani said that Prabowo Subianto would later announce the THR ASN.

"If you ask the THR, the president is in the process of completing the presidential decree, he will announce it later," Sri Mulyani explained to reporters at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, last Friday.

Sri Mulyani also ensured that the THR ASN would fully disburse 100 percent. "Immediately, God willing," he said.

It is known, the government will allocate Rp 50 trillion for THR for ASN in 2025. THR disbursement will be carried out no later than three weeks before Lebaran 2025, aimed at increasing people's purchasing power, strengthening domestic consumption, and encouraging economic growth in various sectors in Ramadan 2025.

Meanwhile, regarding the THR or the amount of bonus for online motorcycle taxi drivers or online motorcycle taxi drivers and couriers, the government said the government would invite all leaders of application provider companies to explain the contents of the circular.

"God willing, hopefully tomorrow (today) together with representatives from the owner, application manager and also online drivers and couriers we can announce together," he explained.

Prabowo previously said bonuses for ojol would consider the level of work activity. Currently, there are around 250,000 active online workers and 1 million to 1.5 million part-time workers. The THR ojol policy is expected to provide justice for workers in various sectors, especially those who work in the application-based digital industry.
