Facing Lebaran 2025 Homecoming, Bandarlampung City Government Starts Fixing Rivers

The Bandarlampung City Government (Pemkot) has begun to fix hundreds of potholes in this city to face the peak of the 2025 Eid homecoming flow.

"If you ask how many roads we are working on, there are many, up to hundreds of segments, this is so that travelers are also comfortable when passing the streets in Bandarlampung," said Head of the Bandarlampung City Public Works (PU) Office, Dedi Sutioso, in Bandarlampung, Thursday, February 6, confiscated by Antara.

However, he continued, the roads that were first worked on were several roads connecting East Lampung and South Lampung and Bandarlampung City on Jalan Sutami.

"Then the road that connects the Pesawaran and Bandarlampung areas, namely Jalan Pramuka, has also been under construction," he said.

In addition, he continued, roads in the Slamet Riyadi area, the Delegation of Damri Jalan Tirtayasa, Singkep Island, Turi Street and Turi Raya Street and Kepayang Street are also included in the list of works.

"The budget we use for road repairs is a routine budget, around Rp. 15 billion," he said.

Meanwhile, he continued, protocol roads such as Dipenogoro, Jalan Ahmad Yani, Jalan Sultan Agung, are still in the planning stage of repairs, but will definitely be repaired.

"Our target is to repair roads in this city before the peak of the homecoming flow," he said.
