Holds Closed Meeting, Commission III Of The DPR And Jampidsus Discuss Pertamina Corruption To The Tom Lembong Case

JAKARTA - Commission III of the DPR RI held a closed meeting with the Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes (Jampidsus) of the Attorney General's Office, Febrie Adriansyah at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday, March 5.

Deputy Chairman of Commission III of the DPR RI, Ahmad Sahroni revealed the issues discussed at the meeting. Starting from the corruption case at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga to the sugar import corruption case that ensnared the former Minister of Trade, Tom Lembong.

"(Bahasa) Pertamina. Only then did he (Jampidsus, ed) expose," said Sahroni at Nusantara II Building, Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday, March 5.

Sahroni said Jampidsus only conveyed about the development of law enforcement carried out by the Attorney General's Office on the case at Pertamina.

"He just said that the update related to law enforcement was carried out by the Prosecutor's Office," he said.

In addition to the corruption cases of PT Pertamina and sugar imports, continued Sahroni, Commission III and Jampidsus also discussed PT Timah's corruption with suspects Harvey Moeis, Helena Lim and dozens of other parties.

"Imports of sugar, Pertamina, then tin, there are 4 if I'm not mistaken," said the General Treasurer of the NasDem Party DPP.
