Member Of Commission IX DPR Uya Kuya Supports MBG Program To Hold Socialization Together BGN In South Jakarta

JAKARTA - The government through the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) continues to expand the implementation of the Free Nutrition Food (MBG) program. This program is expected to support the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045 by creating a healthy, intelligent, and strong generation.

Member of Commission IX DPR RI Surya Utama or commonly known as Uya Kuya said the DPR fully supports this new program and ensures that everything goes according to the expectations of the government.

"With this Nutritious Eating program, of course I as the person representing the people in the DPR are obliged to participate in supporting and ensuring that this program runs as expected, I hope that the President's dream to give birth to the golden generation in 2045 can really be realized," said Uya Kuya in a written statement, Wednesday, March 5.

He said the socialization related to the Free Nutrition Food program by the DPR RI and BGN had been carried out on Wednesday, February 26. This socialization is a step for the government to increase nutritional intake and prosper the community.

The MBG socialization activity was carried out at the Baiturrahman Multipurpose Building, Petukangan. The socialization, which started at 13.30 WIB, was attended by 300 participants who were local residents.

Apart from Uya, the socialization of the MBG program was also attended by Jakarta DPRD member Astrid Khairunnisa and BGN representative Nurjaeni.

Uya hopes that the socialization of MBG can increase new insights and knowledge for the community. He also did not forget to invite the public to play an active role in carrying out this MBG program.

"To ladies and gentlemen, too, let's work together to make this program a success, together we take care of this program so that it continues, after all those who enjoy our children too," said Uya.

For information, the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) is a non-ministerial State Institution that is dedicated to the fulfillment of national nutrition. BGN focuses on fully supporting the National Nutrition Food Program (MBG) to improve the quality of life for the community.
