The Construction Worker For The Murder Of Ruko Boss In Rawamangun Is A Trustee, Holds The Victim's ATM PIN

East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly explained that ZA (35), the construction worker behind the murder of JS (69) was a confidant of the victim. In addition to killing JS, ZA also confiscated tens of millions of money belonging to the victim.

Information obtained at the crime scene (TKP), ZA took JS's money in cash amounting to Rp10 million. He also transferred the money in JS's savings amounting to Rp40 million.

"The perpetrator also transferred Rp40 million from the victim's account to the perpetrator's personal account. So a total of Rp 50 million of the victim's money was taken by the perpetrator ZA," explained Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly at the scene, Wednesday, February 26.

More specifically, JS's Rp40 million money can be transferred because ZA knows the victim's PIN/ ATM card password. ZA can freely access JS's savings because he is a confidant.

Luckily, the police managed to arrest ZA after knowing the whereabouts of his family members in the South Jakarta area.

"The perpetrator with the initials ZA (35) was arrested at his wife's house in the Cipete area, South Jakarta, Wednesday, February 26, at around 4 pm," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly to VOI at the location.

As a result of his actions, suspect ZA was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 351 of the Criminal Code.

Previously, it was reported that a building owner on Jalan Pemuda, Rawamangun, Pulogadung District, East Jakarta, was found dead in his building area on Wednesday, February 22, evening.

It was later discovered that the victim was named Jap Sugiharto. The victim is the owner of a shophouse at the local location.

East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly confirmed the murder incident.

"Yes, that's right. (the victim) wants to be buried immediately using cement," said Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly to VOI.

According to information compiled by VOI at the scene, the victim was previously involved in an argument by the perpetrator, who is a construction project worker for his shophouse.

Then the victim was beaten by the perpetrator to death. To eliminate evidence, the perpetrator then buried the victim in the shophouse building area and closed it with cement.
