Initially, Amim and his colleague who were present at the trial, Suhendi, admitted that they heard a commotion in the rest area minimarket area. Then there were also gunshots and people who were crowding to disperse.

Then when he was about to go to the crime scene, Amim saw two cars speeding out of the rest area.

"I knew from afar, I just saw a commotion, when I wanted to get a shot. I immediately came back again, I only heard gunshots, which was clear it was between four and five shots," explained Amim.

Amim then told his colleague, Suhendi and asked his colleague to block the car. However, the two cars accelerated so that the other two security officers could not do anything.

"The first one out was an orange car, the type of car didn't know, then the car was black. Just tell my friend please block it, and other ranks," said Amim.

Seeing the car go fast, security officers could not do anything out of fear.

"I didn't see how many people were inside because the car was fast, I told my friend please stop it but can't do anything because of fear, the car is fast," said Amim.

Amim admitted that he wanted to block the two cars because he heard someone shouting 'car thief'. But he didn't want to get too involved because he didn't know what had happened and the truth at first.

"That's what the 'car thief shouted' means, the name is at the rest area is afraid of theft, so we don't dare to block it either, because we don't know for sure, we know the suspect knows the victim, I don't understand, so we just ran to the exit, that's it," said Amim.

Meanwhile, the two cars that Amim saw turned to the parking lot, not to the exit. Amam admitted that he only saw that the victim was lying near the shop and was immediately taken to the hospital.

"The two cars were going the wrong way, so they didn't go to the exit and instead went to the parking lot, the orange and black ones. (It couldn't be stopped) hard because. I just saw that someone was lying near the shop and was immediately taken to the hospital," said Amim.

As for the employees of the Rest Area Km45 minimarket, the Tangerang-Merak Toll Road as an eye witness admitted that they heard four eruptions at the scene of the shooting of the boss (owner) of the car rental Ilyas Abdurrahman.

"(Hearing) there were three to four gunshots," said the witness who is a minimarket employee, Ahmad Farizi during a follow-up hearing at the Military Court II-08 Jakarta, East Jakarta, Monday.
