DENPASAR - A man named Iman Wahyudi Nopiyanto (41), was desperate to break into a frozen food warehouse and steal tens of millions of sausages to yogurt. The stolen goods were taken away by car.

The perpetrator carried out his action at the company's warehouse on Jalan Sekar Tunjung, Kesiman Kertalangu Village, East Denpasar, on Friday (14/2) at around 07.31 WITA.

"The suspect entered the stock storage warehouse by opening the kano glass and pulling the tralis until it was released. Then he entered and took the items in it and fled," said Head of Public Relations of Police AKP I Ketut Sukadi, Thursday, February 20.

At that time, the head of the company was surprised that the warehouse door was already open. When checked, the stock of goods was reduced.

From the results of the check, it was found that there were several types of items that were lost and did not match the application data.

The goods that were lost 9 boxes of yogurt bites were 235 seeds with a nominal value of Rp. 1,997,500 and 19 sausage boxes with a nominal value of Rp. 35,100,000.

"With this incident, there was a loss of Rp. 37,097,500," he added.

From the report, the police moved to arrest the perpetrators on Sunday, February 16. The car carrying stolen goods was secured, including the stolen remains.

For his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 363 of the Criminal Code, with a maximum penalty of 7 years in prison.
