Lawyer Denies Arsin Village Head Debates With Minister Of ATR Nusron: Pantura Language Style Is So

TANGERANG - Some time ago the public was enlivened with a debate between the village head (Kades) of Kohod, Arsin and the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid.

This happened because the Kohod village head claimed that the land in the Tangerang Sea was land. According to Arsin, the land was hit by abrasion.

However, Nusron ignored it, he admitted that he would follow up and cancel the certificates.

Meanwhile, the attorney for the village head (Kades) Kohod Arsin, Yunihar, revealed that at that time his client did not argue with Nusron Wahid.

According to Yunihar, the language style of the people of North Tangerang Beach (Pantura) is indeed like that. The intonation is like people asking for a debate, when in reality it doesn't.

"Actually there is no debate. His language style, betawi descent, Pantura, of course the intonation seems to argue, especially when it is on the seafront," said Yunihar, Sunday, February 16.

Yunihar said that his client's goal at that time was to convey what he knew about his area. It does not mean that he invites the Minister of Nursron to have a long debate.

"In fact, of the many coastal areas, some have been affected by abrasion, although some of the documents in the requirements for an increase in certificate rights are then allegedly fake but the reality does exist," he said.
