Mamat, East Jakarta City Government ASN, a victim of a land mafia on land owned by Perumnas, is willing to buy a house on the land by pawning a decree to the bank.

Instead of wanting to own a house in the East Jakarta area, Mamat hopes to run aground. The man who served in the health sector was deceived by the land mafia who sold houses on land owned by Perumnas.

Even though he already owes it to the bank to get Rp150 million to buy a house. Even though Mamat will enter retirement in the next 5 years.

"I am still in installments to Bank DKI, my decree is still at Bank DKI to buy this (home)," Mamat told reporters, Thursday, February 13.

With a loan of IDR 150 million at Bank DKI, Mamat also paid IDR 2 million per month. The installment tenor is carried out for 5 years.

"(The installments) have only been going on for two years. Five years of loan," he said.

Mamat has occupied the house since 3 years ago. Mamat is a new resident because other residents have lived in the area for a long time.

"I've only been here for three years, the others are over 6 years," he said.

In the house purchase transaction, Mamat only gets a Sale and Purchase Deed (AJB) for the land she lives in. According to Mamat, there has been overlapping over land on this land.

"This is Perumnas land, I also don't understand. Because the owner overlapped," complained Mamat.

Mamat said that he bought houses and buildings through individuals with the initials S.

He also felt very emotional with S, the seller of the house who claimed to be the heir of the land.

"We buy from individuals. We only live here for 3 years. Not buying land, (but) buying buildings. (because) the sale and purchase deed (AJB) is only a building," he said.
