Member Staff Of The Indonesian House Of Representatives, Achmad Hafisz, Was Worked On By The KPK Today Regarding Allegations Of Corruption In The Riau SKA Intersection

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned 10 witnesses regarding the alleged corruption in the construction of the Simpang Jalan Pembeli Tambusai "Soekarno Hatta (SKA Intersection) flyover within the Riau Provincial Government for the 2018 fiscal year today, Tuesday, February 11. One of them, Gusrizal, who is a member of Commission XI DPR Achmad Hafisz Tohir.

"The examination was carried out at the Red and White KPK Building," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika to reporters in a written statement, Tuesday, February 11.

In addition to examining Gusrizal, investigators also summoned Agus Iskandar as a retired civil servant of the Ministry of Public Works or private employees. Then investigators in parallel also summoned eight witnesses at the Riau Province BPKP Representative Office.

Those who were worked on were Hamdan as Head of the UPT for the Construction Materials Laboratory of the Riau Province PUPRPKPP Service; Yusfar who is an ASN of the Riau Province PUPR Service; Seprizon is always the ASN for Road and Bridge Supervisory of the Riau Province PUPR Service; and Yunannaris as the Head of Road and Bridge Development in 2017 2019.

Then Jerry Herwindo was also summoned as a civil servant of the Riau Province Goods and Services Procurement Bureau; Apriandy Isra as a civil servant/staf in the field of Binamarga as well as PPTK MK in 2018; Benny Saputra as JFT Administrative of the Policy of the 2022 Prov. Riau 2022 present/member of Pokja 03/Dis.PUPR/L in 2018; and Wilton Wahab who is an entrepreneur or employee of PT Yodya Karya.

Previously reported, the KPK named five suspects in the alleged corruption in the construction of the Simpang Jalan Pembeli Tambusai flyover, Jalan Soekarno-Hatta (SP.SKA) within the Riau Provincial government for the 2018 fiscal year. This step is based on an investigation warrant (sprindik) issued on January 10, 2025.

"The suspects have already been mentioned by YN, GR, TC, ES, and NR," said KPK Investigation Director Asep Guntur Rahayu to reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, quoted on Wednesday, January 22.

YN is the Head of Development and Bridge of the Riau PUPR Service as the Budget User Authority (KPA); GR as the private sector took over the work of a detailed design review or Detail Engineering and Design (DED) from PT PI.

Then NR as the head of PT YK Pekan Baru Branch, the company that gets the work of the construction management consultant for the flyover construction; ES as Director of PT SC; TC as Director of PT SHJ.

The alleged corruption cost the state Rp60 billion. This amount can still increase because it is only a temporary calculation.

The KPK has also asked the Directorate General of Immigration to prevent five people from leaving the country. The prohibition of traveling abroad is valid for six months.
