JAKARTA - The PDI-P Secretary General's team of attorneys, Hasto Kristiyanto, asked Djuyamto's sole judge to present KPK investigator Rossa Purbo Bekti and show the surveillance camera (CCTV) footage during the examination.
"We hope that the judge at this trial can grant our request so that investigators named Rossa Purbo Bekti can be presented for questioning," said Ronny Talapessy's attorney at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, February 10.
Ronny said that apart from presenting Rossa, CCTV footage evidence also needed to be shown in the examination process which was allegedly carried out by intimidating witnesses.
"One of the witnesses who received intimidation was former convict of the interim replacement bribery (PAW) case Harun Masiku, Agustiani Tio Fridelina," said Ronny.

In his statement, Hasto Kristiyanto remains optimistic that he can refute the accusations directed at their clients.
