Today, President Prabowo Gives Directions At The TNI-Polri Leadership Meeting

The President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, is scheduled to attend the Indonesian National Army (TNI) Leadership Meeting (Rapim) and the Indonesian National Police (Polri) in 2025.

This event will take place on Thursday, January 30, at 14.30 WIB at The Tribrata Building, Jalan Dharmawangsa III, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

Deputy for Protocol, Press and Media of the Presidential Secretariat, Yusuf Permana, confirmed President Prabowo's presence at the event.

"Mr. President Prabowo will give a briefing to the 2025 TNI-Polri Rapim," Yusuf said in a written statement received by VOI.ID, Thursday morning.

In the 2024 TNI-Polri Rapim which was held at the TNI Headquarters, Cilangkap, Jakarta, Prabowo, who was still the Minister of Defense at that time received a special promotion to become a TNI General.

The award was given directly by the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, as a form of appreciation for Prabowo's dedication and contribution in the military and defense sector.

The full rank of general to Prabowo is the result of the TNI Headquarters' proposal to the President, in accordance with the provisions in Law Number 20 of 2009 concerning Titles, Service Signs, and Honors.
