JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigated the budgeting process at the Pekanbaru City Government (Pemkot) when Risnandar Mahiwa served as Acting Mayor. A total of 10 witnesses were questioned by investigators on Wednesday, January 15.
"The investigator's examination material is about the Pekanbaru City Government's planning and disbursement process during the Acting Mayor's period," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika to reporters in a written statement, Thursday, January 16.
Tessa said the 10 people underwent examination at the BPKP Riau Province Representative office. Those who were worked on by investigators were the Head of the UPT for Waste Services at the Pekanbaru City Government Environment and Hygiene Service Wahyu Darmawan B.; Hadi Sanjoyo who is the Acting Head of the Pekanbaru City Government Kesbangpol Division; and Samto who is the Assistant III of Pekanbaru City Government.
Then also examined ASN Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) Fachrul Ichsan S.; Siti Aisah who is an ASN Pekanbaru City Government or the Head of Planning and Finance Division.
Next, investigators are also working on Mario Adillah who is the Assistant Inspector of Investigation; Ingot Hutasuhut as Assistant II of Pekanbaru City Government; Wendi Yuliasdi who is the Head of DLHK Pekanbaru City; Emma Urina Silalahi as the Treasurer of the Pekanbaru City Government DLHK; and Pitradewi who is the Treasurer of Bakesbangpol.
As previously reported, the KPK held a hand arrest operation (OTT) on Monday, December 2. Eight people were arrested in Pekanbaru, Riau and another in Jakarta.
