First Meeting With The DKI Provincial Government, Transition Team Starts Introducing The Pramono-Rano Work Program

JAKARTA - The Pramono Anung-Rano Karno transition team held an inaugural meeting with the ranks of the DKI Provincial Government to discuss the plan for the work program of the elected Jakarta Governor-Vice Governors when they were sworn in.

This first meeting was held in the office of Deputy Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Ima Mahdiah, who is also the head of the Pramono-Rano transition team.

The transition team's communication coordinator, Chico Hakim, said that his party had begun to introduce Pramono-Rano's work programs that would be carried out later.

"We haven't talked much about technical matters, detail, but have introduced about what programs in the short term are the desire for Mas Pram and Bang Doel to be realized," Chico said, Monday, January 13.

Chico revealed a number of short-term work programs for Pramono-Rano that were discussed in a meeting with the DKI Provincial Government, starting from the arrangement of the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) Plus, opening 24-hour parks, free breakfast programs at schools, to relocating residents of Kampung Bayam.

"Hopefully this can also mean that both are realized and we will socialize first, coordinate, synchronize with the transition team, related teams," said Chico.

Chico hopes that the transition team meeting with the DKI Provincial Government can smooth the development of Jakarta during the transition period until Pramono and Rano officially carry out the leadership for the next five years. Chico said that the work program submitted was positively welcomed by the ranks of the DKI Provincial Government.

"It must be positive, because everything, from the start, the vision and mission and program of Mas Pram and Bang Doel were programs that were indeed grounded, did not scan, and it was certain that it made a lot of sense. The budget can also be adjusted," explained Chico.

In addition, DKI Jakarta Regional Secretary (Sekda) Marullah Matali said that his party had started mapping Pramono-Rano's work program to be prepared for each regional work unit (SKPD).

"We have address. So, for example, talks about social, about breakfast, for example, at Askesra (Assistant People's Welfare). Then those related to other matters, for example, regarding flood control, for example, are in the Development Assistant and the Environment," said Marullah.

Previously, Pramono Anung announced the list of the transition teams he formed with Rano Karno. This transition team will assist Pramono-Rano to prepare a work program before being officially inaugurated to lead Jakarta.

There are 15 names that Pramono-Rano (Doel) has withdrawn as members of his transition team. Some names are PDI-P cadres (PDIP) and others are professionals and academics from various fields.
