Families Of Shooting Victims On Tangerang Toll Road Express Emotions To Perpetrators During Reconstruction

JAKARTA - Agam Muhammad, a family member of the late IAR, a shooting victim at Rest Area Km 45, Tangerang-Merak Toll Road, Jayanti, Tangerang Regency, Banten, admitted that he had been provoked by emotions, after seeing the figure of the perpetrators of members of the Indonesian Navy present at the case reconstruction event on Saturday, January 11, early in the morning.

"Just imagine, when you see the killer of your own biological father. And it was done in front of my eyes," he said, quoted by Antara.

In that case, the victim's family also expressed their frustration and emotions by expressing harsh words to the perpetrator who killed his father.

With this incident, officers from the Naval Military Police Center (Puspomal) were forced to temporarily stop the reconstruction process which demonstrated several shooting scenes of the car rental boss.

However, after the situation returned to conducive and safe, the TNI Puspomal investigating team continued the reconstruction to adjust the facts in the field with the information presented by the suspects in the investigation report.

On the same occasion, Rizky Agam (24), the son of the victim of the car rental boss, revealed that the reconstruction event carried out by the Indonesian Navy as a whole was in accordance with the initial incident.

Where, he said, in the engineering of scenes carried out by the perpetrators, from the starting point to the shooting incident, the TNI investigation team carried out in detail.

"For the scene, it is in accordance with what happened to the witness at the time of the crime scene. And we will continue the next process," he also said.

Rizky said that during the stage of the case title or reconstruction, there were no scenes of the beatings to the perpetrators.

According to him, the series has clearly denied what was previously conveyed by the Commander of the Indonesian Navy Fleet Command (Pangkoarmada), Vice Admiral TNI Denih Hendrata.

"The scene of the beating did not exist earlier. So we entrust the TNI/Polri to investigate this case," he said.

Meanwhile, the Naval Military Police Center (Puspomal) has completed 36 scenes in the reconstruction of the rental boss shooting case at Rest Area Km 45, Tangerang-Merak Toll Road, Banten.

The TNI has completed the entire reconstruction series at one crime scene (TKP), with 36 scenes related to the shooting case. The Indonesian Navy also presented all witnesses and the three perpetrators of TNI members, namely AA, RH, and BA.

Meanwhile, the reconstruction that was demonstrated featured a scene with the position of the perpetrator pointing a firearm and giving warning shots before dropping the victim.

This stage is carried out in sub 3. Where, at that point the witness and the victim are detaining one person from an individual member of the Indonesian Navy.

After the incident, then on sub 3 with the 9th scene the perpetrator shot the victim. Then ran into a Daihatsu Sigra type car to escape.

Prior to the shooting, the reconstruction stage held by Puspomal had carried out a scene at the first point of the ambush in front of Indomaret Rest Area Km 45.

Evidence in the form of a Honda Brio car and two vehicles belonging to the rental boss were presented to support the reconstruction process.

After the scene, reconstruction activities resumed at another point that led to a scene after the shooting of the rental boss.
