Check Yasonna Laoly Today, KPK Ensures Call Letter Has Been Sent

"Investigators have the intended address information. There are several addresses, but of course I can't tell you yet," said KPK Spokesperson Tessa Mahardhika to reporters, Friday, December 13.

Tessa said at least three addresses were sent to her. Including Yasonna's official residence, who is now a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives from the PDI-P (PDIP) faction and her private home.

Even so, Tessa said Yasonna had not confirmed his presence at the KPK. So, investigators are waiting for him to provide information.

"There is no information regarding (confirmed attendance, ed) that it was from the investigator to me," he said.

Until now, the KPK has not detailed the material that will be investigated by Yasonna. However, information circulated that he would be questioned regarding the bribery case in the interim replacement process (PAW) of members of the Indonesian House of Representatives who ensnared former PDIP candidate Harun Masiku.

Harun is known to be still at large since 2020. His whereabouts have also been sought after by the anti-corruption commission after failing to be arrested in a hand arrest operation (OTT) which led to the appointment of former General Elections Commission (KPU) Commissioner Wahyu Setiawan as a suspect.

Sebagai pengingat, Yasonna pernah mengeluarkan pernyataan Harun Masiku belum kembali ke Indonesia dari Singapura. Peristiwa ini terjadi setelah KPK gagal menangkap Harun dalam operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) pada 8 Januari 2020.

Padahal, berdasarkan rekaman CCTV di Bandara Soekarno-Hatta yang beredar, Harun ternyata sudah kembali ke Indonesia pada 7 Januari atau sebelum OTT berlangsung.
