PPP Optimistic To Win In MK

JAKARTA The PPP DPP is optimistic that it will win the General Election Result Dispute (PHPU) lawsuit at the Constitutional Court and become the ninth political party to qualify for parliament for the 2024-2029 period.

This was conveyed by the Chairman of the PPP DPP, Achmad Baidowi, after holding the Istigasah and Joint Prayers for PPP's Victory at the Constitutional Court Session at the PPP DPP, Jalan Diponegoro 60, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Friday, March 29, 2024.

"We ask Allah Almighty SWT so that the PPP steps taken, namely submitting a dispute request to the Constitutional Court, can be accepted and PPP passes to Senayan. Apart from of course being part of our routine in the month of Ramadan, we pray more as a value of worship," he said.

Awiek, Baidowi's nickname, asked all administrators in the regions, cadres, and PPP sympathizers throughout Indonesia to remain optimistic and pray for the trial at the Constitutional Court to be facilitated with positive results, namely PPP can win and qualify.

"We believe that there are still many people who love PPP. Of course, they will not be willing if this Ulama heritage party is lost in Indonesia. Therefore, we ask for prayers and support, especially to all levels of PPP administrators, cadres, and sympathizers," he said.

The deputy chairman of the DPR Baleg believes that PPP can win the trial of the lawsuit at the Constitutional Court because it has prepared strong files and evidence as well as concrete steps.

"Our team will work hard, make sure everything is done, don't let anything be missed. We are optimistic that we will win," said Awiek.
