"About 44 health workers were not vaccinated because some did not come, some had high pressure and so on," said Head of Pekanbaru City Health Office Muhammad Noer in Pekanbaru, quoted by Antara, Friday, January 15.

He explained that health workers in Pekanbaru today began to be vaccinated according to data that has been reported to the center via the application.

M Noer said, from the 86 data on health workers who had entered the designated 21 puskesmas, on the first day, not all of them were vaccinated for various reasons.

There are health workers who cannot be vaccinated because they experience high blood pressure (hypertension). Some did not come, even though they had already received a call to be vaccinated on the first day.

Therefore, he continued, for health workers who have not been vaccinated and their status has been postponed, follow-up injections will be carried out in accordance with the conditions and conditions that must be met.

"We hope that tomorrow and the next day health workers who have not been vaccinated will get it and we will re-vaccinate," he said.

The day before, the process of injecting the CoronaVac vaccine for 10 figures and officials in Pekanbaru City took place at the Rejosari Health Center and went smoothly.

In fact, after a 30 minute observation time for each vaccine recipient, none showed any symptoms of side effects.
