Kajati East Java Removes Section Head Of The Bojonegoro Prosecutor's Office Arrested For Sodomy ABG

SURABAYA - Head of the East Java High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati), Mia Amiati, removed AH from the position of Head of the Section for Management of Evidence and looted Goods at the Bojonegoro State Prosecutor's Office (Kejari).

This removal was carried out after the Jombang Police arrested AH, for allegedly sodomizing a new big child (ABG) at a hotel in Jombang.

"We have removed him from his position," said Mia, in Surabaya, Thursday, August 18.

Mia confirmed that the arrests made by the police were true. Besides AH, continued Mia, the police also arrested two other people, namely the victim and the intermediary. Currently they are still undergoing examination at the Jombang Police.

"It is true that the Jombang Police have arrested an individual from the Bojonegoro District Attorney's Office with the initials AH," he said.

Based on reports received by the Attorney General's Office, the arrests were made after the Jombang Police received a report regarding the detention of minors at a local city hotel. The police moved and raids were carried out.

"There are three people who were arrested from the location," he said.
