Green Offroad Car Driven By Bekasi Resident Hits House In Puncak
JAKARTA - A green off-road car rammed into a resident's house in the Puncak area, Citeko Village, Cisarua, Bogor Regency, West Java. There are victims, residents of the house who are cooking.
Head of Traffic Division of the Bogor Police, Second Inspector Angga Nugraha, in Bogor, Sunday, said the accident began when the Suzuki Katana vehicle numbered F 1353 AI-driven by S, a resident of Bekasi, crashed into two houses belonging to AAS and YN, in Citeko Panjang Village, Citeko Village, Cisarua District.
This incident occurred last Saturday (30/10) at around 13.00 western Indonesia time. The video has gone viral on social media.
The homeowner, AAS, suffered burns and bruises to his left leg. While YN suffered bruises on the head, torn wounds on the lower lip, to burns to the right elbow, right palm, and right abdomen.
AAS suffered burns because during the accident, the off-road car hit the kitchen of his house. He happened to be cooking.
"The car had a problem with the steering system. So before the accident, the car headed from the lower road to Citeko Upper Village. At the time of the incline bend, the steering wheel suddenly turned in a straight direction, while the gas pedal had been stepped on and the car cannot be controlled," said Second Inspector Angga as quoted by Antara, Sunday, October 31.

As a result of the incident, two houses suffered damage to the walls and furniture, while the green Suzuki Katana vehicle had damage to the windshield and bumper, and had to be towed from the building.
"But both parties, the owner of the house and the driver of the car, agreed to resolve this issue amicably at the Cisarua Police Headquarters," he said.
