The Revenue Of The Company Owned By Conglomerate Hary Tanosoedibjo's Old Brother Soars 30 Thousand Percent To Rp2.74 Trillion
JAKARTA - Rudy Tanoesoedibjo's logistics company, PT Zebra Nusantara Tbk (ZBRA) posted a positive performance in the third quarter of 2021. Along with the entry of PT Dos Ni Roha (DNR) to ZBRA, the company owned by the brother of conglomerate Hary Tanoesoedibjo was able to record net sales of Rp2 .7 trillion.
As of September 2020, ZBRA only recorded sales of around Rp8.8 billion. As a result, in the third quarter of 2021, Zebra Nusantara managed to score a gross profit of Rp395 billion, up from the third quarter of last year which was only recorded at Rp1.3 billion.
"We welcome the presence of DNR in ZBRA. In the third quarter, Zebra Nusantara has recorded an increase in net sales of up to 30,000 percent from the previous year," said Gary Tanoesoedibjo as Director of ZBRA in an official statement, quoted Tuesday, October 12.
With the entry of DNR, continued Gary, ZBRA's equity also increased from negative to positive. In 2020, ZBRA recorded equity of minus Rp10.7 billion, while as of the third quarter of 2021, it was positive Rp1.3 trillion.
ZBRA has transformed to focus on providing modern and comprehensively integrated logistics distribution services throughout Indonesia through its business network that spreads from Aceh to Papua.
"Supported by DNR and its business units, ZBRA, which was previously known as a taxi company, has now become a pioneer in integrated logistics with coverage throughout Indonesia," said Gary.
ZBRA will continue to innovate in developing its logistics business. Recently, the company through DNR has collaborated with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Perum BULOG in the successful delivery of PPKM Rice Social Assistance for the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in 2021 in 15 provinces in Indonesia.
In addition, ZBRA through DNR is also currently focusing on delivering modern, complete, and fully integrated logistics digitalization based on digital platforms.
This was done to answer the needs of the Indonesian people and the changes in the direction of business that are more modern, practical, and flexible which have been attached to the advances in digital technology that accompanies it.

For information, Zebra Nusantara's total assets increased to Rp2.97 trillion in the first 9 months of 2021 compared to Rp6.68 billion at the end of 2020. In detail, the total current assets were Rp2.43 trillion from Rp1.22 billion, while the total non-current assets were Rp538.99 billion from Rp5.46 billion.
Meanwhile, total liabilities also skyrocketed to Rp1.61 trillion as of September 30, 2021, compared to Rp17.3 billion on December 31, 2020. With details, current liabilities increased to Rp1.53 trillion from Rp14.88 billion, with total long-term liabilities increased sharply to Rp74.08 billion from Rp2.42 billion.
