Ronaldo's Goal Starts Portugal Vs Qatar National Team Victory
JAKARTA - The Portuguese national team won convincingly 3-0 over Qatar in Portugal vs Qatar friendly match at the Estadio Algarve, Portugal, Sunday morning, western Indonesia time. The hosts' three goals were scored by Cristiano Ronaldo, Jose Fonte and Andre Silva each.
Ronaldo's goal in this match made him now have packed 112 goals at international level. With the addition of one goal, Ronaldo further established himself as the record holder for the world's sharpest national team player, beating Iran legend Ali Daei who scored 109 goals.
Portugal immediately dominated the game since the beginning of the match. Several times they were able to create chances, but kept failing to penetrate Qatar's tight defense.

Portugal completed their form with a goal when, in the 90th minute, Andre Silva headed in a Rafael Leao pass to beat the Qatari goalkeeper. The 3-0 score closed the friendly match.
