Only One COVID-19 Patient Is Being Treated At The Indramayu Hospital

INDRAMAYU - The bed occupancy ratio (BOR) of hospitals in Indramayu Regency, West Java, is now filled with only one person who has been confirmed positive for COVID-19, from a capacity of 193 units.

Of the 193 beds in eight referral hospitals for COVID-19 patients, only one person was occupied, according to data from the COVID-19 Task Force for the Indramayu Regency, quoted by Antara, Friday, October 1.

The eight referral hospitals that are currently still treating COVID-19 patients are only the Indramayu Regional Hospital.

Meanwhile, seven other hospitals, namely Bhayangkara Hospital, Mitra Plumbon Indramayu Hospital, MA Sentot Hospital, Pertamina Balongan Hospital, Mursyid Hospital, MM Hospital, and Sentara Medika Hospital, were empty.

The decline in the number of positive confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Indramayu Regency has also decreased the number of isolation places in hospitals, even though only one person is still being treated.

According to data from the COVID-19 Handling Task Force for Indramayu Regency as of Thursday, September 30, there were two additional positive confirmed cases, bringing the accumulation to 17,122 people.

Of the total cases, 16,331 people were declared cured or finished undergoing isolation, while 767 people died.

While the remaining 24 people are still undergoing isolation, one is in hospital and 23 others are in self-isolation.*
